Terms of Service
These MVP terms define the responsibilities around recorded-call uploads, consent, restricted data, acceptable use, and address review.

Use of the service
VoiceAddress is provided to process user-uploaded recordings and help identify, validate, and review spoken addresses. The service is not a substitute for human review where dispatch, delivery, safety, billing, or compliance decisions depend on accuracy.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to upload, process, and review each recording.
Recording consent
Users are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consent from every party on a recording before uploading it to VoiceAddress.
VoiceAddress does not provide active call recording. The product processes pre-recorded files supplied by the user.
Restricted data
Users must not use VoiceAddress to process Protected Health Information under HIPAA, payment-card data subject to PCI DSS, or other regulated sensitive data unless a separate written enterprise agreement explicitly permits that use.
If sensitive numbers or identifiers are spoken in a recording, users remain responsible for their collection and handling obligations.
Acceptable use
Users may not upload malicious files, executable payloads, files intended to exploit media processing software, or content designed to bypass service limits.
Users may not reverse engineer, overload, resell, or abuse provider-backed processing endpoints.
Accuracy and review
Address extraction and validation can be affected by audio quality, accents, background noise, self-corrections, ambiguous speech, provider outages, and mapping-data limitations.
Users should review final addresses before dispatching technicians, deliveries, or other field operations.
